First of all, deleting all social media is the most important thing especially Instagram because they contain a lot of sexual content that will only lead to constant relapses. Second of all, taking cold showers is a good thing. Not only it helps you lose weight but it also builds self-discipline within you and helps you in fighting urges. Added to that, meditation is an another helpful thing to do. Moreover, writing your goals and reasons on why you started this battle against porn in a paper and putting it on the wall is an important thing. And last but not least, no peeking because peeking=relapse. This is my personal strategy briefly and i hope this helps you out and other people even just a little bit.

For me it was more the curiosity and novelty; my bad attraction was based on a hunger for female beauty, youth and the vulva. One solution is limiting internet access to the library and supervision. Rebuilding the body is not that hard if you are disciplined.
