Hello everybody Im a pmo addicted since 7year i try stopped nofap a lot .I try in may i relapse once in one month in july i dont relapse and other month i dont in september i relapse 1 times and october 3 times im now on 7 days after this relapse and i see something my temple are regrowth back but i dont know if its going to be like back or not Because they werent no hair just hair fall.and now i can see a full temple recovery by tiny hair you cant see i just see them i picture I have the picture if guys want to see tell me what do you thinks!
I did that but microneedling is much easier, takes less time, I haven't done it myself but around January I'm going to buy a dermaroller.
