Something that has been helpful to me is asking myself what happens before I relapse? Where was I? What time of the day was it? What emotions was I feeling? Asking questions like these can allow us to recognize what typically leads to a relapse and can help us avoid repeating the same patterns.
Damn relapses... Because urges are very strong and concentration to think and doing things might be quite challenging so perhaps you should try to do something simple, like walking outdoors? I know, it's not that simple, but it's just something you must do. You just have to push yourself and perhaps be even little angry to yourself. Like, keep slashing yourself verbaly "all right mother fucker, this is it. Are you a man or a fucking beta loser? Just do something else and be a man. Your urges are nothing. Just ignore them and keep going!!".. it helps with me. I do it sometimes to myself. I talk to myself. I don't know. My reboot was easy coz my testosterone levels were low and i have woman living under the same roof.
