i should say i want to go about 90% less, like 3 times a week instead of 2 times, or even 3 times a day, way to much much. I need to do what I really want to do.

Great goal! There is not a lot of benefit in drinking alcohol. Unfortunately, we train ourselves to like a poison that our bodies don't typically like initially. More self-compassion brother! Tiny wins! I believe in you! Stay strong! win!
