It's a serious problem

i Never realized how serious this problem was till now.. as I sit back and read other ppls post and as I think about my own issues.. it's really sad how lonely and depressing this journey is but it's good to know that I'm not the only one on it.. it's good to know that there were others in my shoes who are now happy and enjoying life and are willing to guide us and show us the steps they've taken and the ones they've avoided.. I'm glad that even at my worse as I'm feeling right now I still haven't given up and for those of you who are currently in my shoes where you feel like there's no hope just pick your head up and look at all the great inspirational examples that have walked before us.. some of them were in worse positions and have delt with a lot more.. I just want to be happy and see life for what it truly is again.. I'm still young and i just want to ged rid of these demons i pray for all of you going through this and I pray that with each day we all progress towards are real selves and our true nature, with a life filled with happiness but also with the strength to handle those not so joyful days in a more productive way

 

I appreciate the support brother. Been dealing with this for awhile now and I'm happy to say even though I'm still struggling with it, I've come a long way
