I agree with IggyIshness & Everything999. I think the point of this site should focus on overcoming the PMO addicton and getting back to normal. Meaning intercourse with a real live person and yes the occasional masturbation. You are not going to drain your semen (source of power!) by the occasional masturbation. Anyway that is my take on it.
