It's funny because Buzz never mentioned Sola Scriptura and never claimed that what he said related to it. You assumed he was talking about sola scripture. You seem to do this a lot. Maybe you should take some time to educate yourself? I also don't understand what the big issue is with shame? Why is it looked at as unhealthy? Shame: the painful feeling arising from the consciousness of something dishonorable, improper, ridiculous, etc., done by oneself or another. It would seem that shame can be an indication that someone actually has a healthy conscience. Wanting to beat my sexual dysfunctions and live a normal life is why I'm here and I have nothing but insults for Christianity,Islam and most other religions so I just won't go there any more. Just think if you weren't ashamed of your behavior you wouldn't have viewed it as a problem and you wouldn't have taken the steps to be here on NoFap. So shame isn't just a Christian/Muslim thing. I've gone from non-believer to believer and ironically I've found that religion is not only a friend of humanity, but it is the very thing which fosters the part in us that makes us human; our ability to practice self-denial. Basically our ability to tell our instincts, passions, and impulses, NO! This ability is what seperates us from all of the other living things on this planet. In this way religion is actually a necessity if we want to preserve human dignity. Without religion man will only look towards animals for inspiration and justification and that will result in a degrading of our dignity.
