Dont worry mate, relapses are a part of your nofap journey. The important thing is to realize what caused you to relapse and to erase that thing completely. I remember that i relapsed on day 6 of nofap when i did it for the first time . You dont need to feel so bad . You gave your best and you have stepped into one of the most difficult challenges that a man can face to make his life better. It will be tough, very tough but you need to face it with all your strength.
