I encourage you to work through the underlying issues in your life. You're not happy with your life, so stopping PMO is going to be really hard. There's some video in the forum that can help with this. Maybe time to get some counseling or other outside input to help you change your life? If nothing changes, then nothing changes. You have to start doing some things differently. Hang in there.
