        Well this week, I feel less reliant on visiting nofap, although I feel hugely grateful to this community. I feel less tormented by guilt, and satisfied that in this 70 days I could open up to my wife again to say I was still struggling with it. I also have more capacity in a really stressful period of time at work.glad I'm not wasting it, sitting around oggling at my screen. Thanks for asking

        My dream self was really gutted. Glad to wake up and find that I'm still holding on by a tether. The number of days is such a motivator, if I lose them I'm going to be very demoralised I think
