I kind of never comprehended women could be affected as well. I also stayed away from the womens journal section in this website.

I know a girl who relies completely on M. But I don't know whether she is into PMO. Next time I meet her I will try to inform her to Google nofap/PMO

IMHO activities could give you same benefits as meditation... Like running, jogging, working out, gardening.... Please give that a try.
