Hello everyone. Already tried to quit the addiction, but failed on third month. Then, because of a lot of work/frustration had no will to start again for a year or so. I am new on your forum, was on russian antio.ru. But. I don't quite comfortable on russain forums as a native ukranian. So, I'm here. Also, I saw one of the admins watching One Piece xD
It takes too much energy that I don't want to loose in canlization, it is bad for mental health, it makes me feeling week and vulnerable. And I would not like my ancestors to see me during masturbation. This is ridiculous.
Trust me there are many people a lot older than you trying to give up porn. And if you go to the success stories on the forum you will see it is possible to turn your life around at any age, there are people of all ages who have succeeded. It's all about having the determination to do this, it is not easy but that is the challenge.
If you think you are going to relapse, hit it! It will show you motivational picture that will try to make you think twice before doing so
It is too late to regret the past make yourself busy and be the best at any stage of your life. Don't think a bout the past think how you can build your future now. That's the Power of now.
It's never to late to quit and reject this corruptive additcion! I'm 26 and I wasted a good chunk of my life to porn - this time will never come back. The fact that you already admitted to yourself that you have a problem is a great start, people addicted to something (alcohol, drugs etc.) often accept the things as they are and they don't try to change anything in their life - slowly sinking deeper and deeper into the swamp. Overcoming any addiction is usually a slow and steady process, fight the good fight and belive that you will overcome this nasty habit. A little quote to help you on your journey: "It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop" - Confucius
Just thinking about that is simultaneously hilarious and frightening. I don't want to know what kind of image I need to see to convince me otherwise when I'm about to give in.
Oh, I like this quote. I actually ordered some chinese books like "The Art Of War", now waiting for shiping.
It's never too late to quit destructive habits. But doing it while you are still young, is easier. You are only 21, just like me. You have plenty of energy and time. I mean, you've only lived 1/4 of your live! But don't get comfortable. That time is not meant to be wasted. Start rigth here, rigth now. Don't "treat" yourself one last time. Analize why you want to do it (health, God, girls, wathever you want...) and focuse on that goal. And become unbreakable.
