Hey, I just did an massive discovery for the cause of my extreme PE. I found out I was subcounsiously flexing my PC muscles which makes me cum really fast. I am going to train reverse kegels to fight the PE. I also notised my PC muscle has spasms sometimes. Does someone have any tips to stop this?
Also, does anyone know what the IC muscle is and what it does? I am curious about the effect of it on PE.
Yes, i think that's the case for all PE but many people don't realize it. It happened the same to me. I believe that all people with PE actually have ED but they "tricked" the system by flexing to keep the blood in and mimic an erection. I have been doing this unconsciously for years.
