Tbh, when I go to work out, I know I do it to improve my football game and performance as well, so I love the trainings, but a few days ago I overcame the laziest feeling to go to the gym. And as lazy as I felt, overcoming myself to actually do it felt amazing.
Working out; I think it's like a lot of things in our lives: if we truly enjoy doing it, we always will. If we don't, if we're only doing it because we think we should, then it's gonna be tough. But not impossible. It's something that I absolutely love to do. I love the process, I like how it makes me feel, I like how it makes me look. I will always do it.
