When I was Mo'ing for a long period of time I used to look at soft core images of glamour models such as page 3 girls lads-mag models and playboy models both in magazines and online. Are these types of images considered as bad as harder types of P to be looking at? or is all p considered equally as bad when it comes to P addiction?
Well, if it's designed to arouse then it's porn. It does the same biochemical things to your brain. It's nowhere near as damaging as hardcore. If you are a porn addict then any P sub will keep those neural connections alive. And with time the softcore won't be as exciting and it will almost certainly escalate back up. On Breaking Bad they call cannabis the "gateway drug". No heroin addict starts with heroin, they start with cannabis and it escalates when they stop getting the high from it. Softcore is our gateway drug - we all started with it and with time many of us escalated to more extreme genres. By this analogy, a heroin addict can't try to break their addiction and still use cannabis - it is only a matter of time before it won't be enough anymore.
