Thanks for reaching out! All I can say is stick to it. Every recovery is different but I can tell you that you just need to power through the initial cravings stage (30 days or so). Then stick to the process, figure out your triggers, and find something meaningful to replace PMO! Good luck!

And join our group! I have been working on my recovery for over a year and I had great streaks going (120+ and 250+ days) but I lost focus. Being accountable to the group helped me get back into it. We need others for sure!

Your advice was BS free. It was practical. Short. I liked that. I wanted to follow you to see what else you “have.” I don’t mean to pressure you into spilling out bezels of wisdom. I’m just curious in your journey as it feels authentic.
