I agree because I struggle with that too but you have to keep fighting, there is no other option. I've been here for 2 years and failed numerous times. Plus, you are only 22. You have your whole life ahead of you.
That's the thing. We use this as an excuse to PMO. We think: ,,Oh I will just watch some porn and masturbate now, I have my whole life ahead of me to quit this. It's cool''. We need a different kind of mentality. Old one doesn't seem to work.
I think you misinterpreted my words. I meant you have your whole life ahead of you. You are young and can fix this problem now without affecting the rest of your life.
Then change your mentality. You're not going to make it to the end of the tunnel without traveling the journey. It's easy to lose sight after you get started, hence a relapse after a few days or weeks. It's important to never lose sight.
