no it will not drop your iq, i started at 12 and i am one of the smartest people i know, not bragging its just a fact.
Thay do say that it can inhibit EQ not so much IQ, unless you are referring to how the fog can slow the brain down some while experiencing it. Also the idea of how much storage your brain has, it could be argued that filling the briain with P leaves less room for more intelligent things like culture, music and even work/school related.
