The first few days i had no urge but then it came back, hard. I'm struggling but what i want to know is, does it get easier? If so, then how much longer?
Yeah man, it does get easier. That's the whole point of this! At first it's a struggle, but after some weeks (usually) it'll become easier. And after some months, much easier! It really depends on how much of an addict you are. If you're 50 and you've only been watching a lot of porn last year, maybe it's just a matter of a few weeks. If you're 25 and you've consistently watched hours of porn a day since 15... you get the idea. Stay strong!
It does get easier. Around month 3-4 the intensity of the temptations greatly reduced for me and then again around month 6.
Yea it does. From 11-30 it wasn't tough. From 30-60 days it was a real battle for me. But each one is different. The Main thing: Focus on your life. Exercise self discipline in your NoFap goal and other areas of your life that need fine tuning., Do start doing physical exercise, even a little routine helps. Establish new goals and set small goals. Trust me it really helps. Wish you the best in your journey!
