As a mountain biker, I often try to get out on the trails at least every week, if not 2-3 times a week. Today, I relapsed and PMO'ed before my ride. Simply put, the ride was done before it even started. I didn't get anywhere near even half of my normal distance and my pace was pathetic! Like, slower than just getting out for the first time after a long winter slow. I just had no energy and walked a lot of stuff I would normally smash through. Could that be because of PMO stuff or was it just an off day for me?

personally if i pmo a lot my sports performance is rubbish because mentally i feel shit about what i did but also i feel like it really drains my energy, so yeah could be pmo or could be psychological effect of you pmoing

For me it destroys me physically entirely... Could walk 20-30 km a day normally; If i do it the night before --> I don't even go maybe 2-3 km and dead.

PMO related it saps your edge and probily affects T levels. Iron Mike Tyson didnt have sex for years while he was in his prime. Most fighters dont for at least a month before a fight
