PMO for sleep? Depression out of game...

  1. Hey guys. I just want to say that I'm really struggling right now and feeling pretty low as I ever felt before. I have a problem recently with Masturbating and watching Porn before sleep. I struggle with insomnia and I taking sleeping medication, but some times they don't work.
It's very difficult for me to enjoy life a little as I'm feeling more low energy from working a full time job...
I'm also severely out of my game with woman as my confidence should be growing, but its not. I'm just caring less to interact. I hear from friends all the time that they are getting numbers and having more success. I spoke with a close friend of mine the other day and he said he started a new job. He already got a girls number and he was they are planning to get together on Friday already...
If this is how masturbation is making me feel right now I don't want to, but I'm just not sure what to do anymore.. Any tips or solutions would be helpful. I hope everyone is kicking ass on they're streak.

  2. Hey man. Sorry to hear about your situation right now. I just want you to know that your not alone and that you can do this. I have the same problem. For some reason one of my "extra h*rny" times is right before I go to sleep. I try to distract myself when going to bed. Read a book, do a chore, squeeze a stress ball. Just something to keep your hands busy. Maybe get an accountability partner? There is a whole section in the forms for that.
As far as insomnia, sh*t man I'm not sure. I've read that you shouldn't look at anything the gives off blue light a couple hours before going to bed ie your phone or your TV. Personally, I use a blue light filter setting on my phone. Maybe that could help? Or maybe if you can't fall asleep do some pushups to tire yourself out? Or even a warm tea or something soothing? I'm not sure about that one, sorry:^(.
Finally, the confidence thing is something I also have problems with. If you give your "reboot" more time, your confidence should grow, but I also find confidence boosters in inspirational quotes. I know it probably sounds stupid but at least for me they work. You can find whole websites of them with a quick Google search. I hope this helps you, at least in some way. Good luck.
