Hey guys. I'm a 16-year-old male, and I have been watching porn for 4 years. I've lurked on nofap threads for a while now, and I finally decided to make an account. I have had a couple streaks before, but what really made me determined is that I now have a girlfriend with whom sexual things may occur. I don't want to experience any type of PIED or having too high expectations (created by porn) that I have heard about, so I have not had any PMO since October 1st (8 day streak.) I may include sexual things with my SO but I'm not completely sure when that would be appropriate assuming certain conditions. I'll follow up with a question on that since that may not be appropriate here. Thanks lads.
God I wish I knew about nofap at 16, best of luck to you man, hope to read your posts in the success stories section in the future
Good to see. Keep an eye on the Success Stories forum and watch out for strange people. Most are ok on here though. You're ahead of the game.

Welcome to the Nofap community. The NO PMO or NO PM journey is not easy but worth the effort. The community will support you. 8 days NO PMO is great! Don’t hurry with your first sex. I was 27 when I had sex with a girl for the first time (everything was fine) but today I think I should have waited another half year. Focus on what you really want: true happiness. This is not O but feeling happy because this feeling is deep inside of you. Getting rid of addiction helps to become truly happy.
