Guys I’m 46 days in and I don’t know what to do. I’m so horny all day everyday. I want to fuck every single girl I see and just want to pound a girl hard as hell. I try to workout but it’s still on my mind. When I lay in bed that’s all I think about. This hasn’t happened at all in my journey and it just started happening a few days ago

I've had this before as well. Constant urges are very tough to deal with. Remember that they will pass - this is just a phase on your journey. Think of it like a tunnel you are going through, it looks endless but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Every day brings you closer to the light, you just have to hold on and keep going. You've got a great streak going at 46 days, great work! Don't ruin it now after the hard work you've put in. Imagine how you will feel if you relapse - anxious, depressed, lacking energy, regretful, hating yourself, etc. Now imagine how proud you will feel if you manage to push through this and resist? It's night and day. Just focus and getting through one day at a time - focus on holding off until you go to sleep tonight, make it a manageable goal. As for the constant urges/thoughts, there are ways to push them out. You can try just saying "NO" in your head forcefully every time they spring up, or imagine your urges on a tv screen and you smashing the screen, or imagine you pushing the thoughts out of your head. Physically doing things and redirecting the energy can also help - when you get an urge, go and do 20 pushups or some other form of exercise or take a cold shower, don't just sit around stewing in the thoughts. I also suggest you write out your thoughts on a piece of paper, write out why you are doing this and what you are trying to achieve, and write out how you will feel if you relapse. I know you can do this, you've come so far already, now it's just a case of holding on and staying strong. Remember we're all here for you if you need us so if you have another panic moment make sure to come back here and we can support you.

Also, try to remove any trigger materials that might be making things harder for you - anything you are viewing that is sexual in nature, in social media or any other form of media. Over a long streak, we can develop bad habits where we say "as long as it's not porn it's alright" - but this lighter material that triggers us can be just as dangerous.
