Hi,
what really helps me to rise to my full potential are imagining to act as some role model I admire. I admire someone who is dedicated to his thing/destiny/purpose and say has a wife family etc and nothing can divert him from his path. Especially not seduction, porn and other pleasures of today world. I like to think about Maximus from Gladiator movie.
