Rob, Welcome! I' d recommend the "getting started" guide. It helped me. I had to read it three times before it made sense. Now I read it at least three times a week. Helps explain so much. L
Wow 54, Im 38 going on 39, and all my porn addiction did was zap my energy and leave me isolated and depressed! I thought it was normal for a man about to turn 40 to have no libido. Also ive been on testoterone treatment for 2 month now cause mine was dangerously low, could it have to do with all the porn. In 100 maybe they will know a little more.
