i have many problem in my past because i am weak. I know the feels from get bully, betrayed and heartbroken. In my 14 watching to much porn no self-confident, no believe, think to much on negativity. I know people can grow up and change bit by bit. In my 18 fap is not a problem anymore 6 month NoFap is awesome, no angry burst with my family, because i love them all. I have more confident, more manly, think more positive and try changing my habits. Go outside more and going to gym. My only problem is porn and edging. My best attempt is 26 days with no porn, no edging. I can do it better. Have CONFIDENT, be STRONG and don't forget always HUMBLE.
