Hey Michael, I would love to man. I tell you, I was just writing in my journal about how slightly discouraged I am because no one has reached out in response to my thread. You are very correct iron sharpens iron. I think it's awesome you been PMO free for 93 days I want to get there definitely. I'm not going to lie my intentions are to have no relapses. I don't know if that's possible, but I'm going to take it one day at a time.
