Confused

After watching porn each time I decide not to watch next time .But I watched everytime the promises I used to made myself are always used to broken. But now thinking about loud inside my mind that is really porn worth to break a promise that I made to myself to not to watch porneography and not to masturabate. For long time I had keeping benefits of masturbating and all . But now I came to know that benefits are apart but masturbation and porn have become my addiction and now I had to overcome it. This is my first day let's fight against my addiction begins. This is not just stopping myself from watching porn or masturabation but it is for improving my will power to be myself.
