Hey, Guys, I'm starting. Day 1 My goals: No edging. No PMO for one week. No anonymous chatting sites. Then one month. Then three months. Reset upon trying to edge. First goal: My reward for no PMO for a week straight is buying some weights. Second goal: My reward for no PMO'ing for a month is purchase a laptop for myself. Third goal: My reward for no PMO'ing for 3 months is taking the car out for a whole day and eat some good food.
