new years resolution 21 days to fail...

    I need help with my new years resolution! I don't think this is my first year of trying to quite, but I made it 21 days which is great and not so great when it ended. Now I'm backbin the throws if it.

    21 days is pretty amazing! Congrats :D

    How long were you planning to go? The full year? Indefinitely? Regardless of what your goals are, you can always keep at it. You don't need a special holiday to make a resolution :p

    Good start look at what happened to allow you to give in. Then make changes. You can do it.
