I've had one of those as well. Until it happened to me I was unaware of this even being a possibility. I agree with IGY btw. It is an incredible dopamine overload that reactivates sensitized pathways to then cause premature ejaculation.
Yea its called getting hyper horny, there was a wikipedia page i read on it, "hands off masturbation" i think it was called. It kinda works like a muscle, its super hard to do it at the start but after the first time you'll know how to repeat yourself and it'll become easier. For me practicing this thing (as often as I did) has left a pretty big scar when trying to recover. I feel like this has played a key role in my very often having wet dreams (2-3 a week). Basically I feel like whatever system is in-place to hold back semen gets loosened, to the point where if i don't hold EVERYTHING thought captive when falling asleep, ill simply wake up with wet underwear. But that was at the start of my recovery, and i've gotten pretty amazing at clearing my head before i fall asleep. I do still have WD's about once every 2 months, but its nothing serious anymore. This just shows the power of thoughts and fantasising. The whole thing has to be cut at its root. Edging is the first thing to stop then fantasising may be the next? But how to do it?
I have a strong sense that the mind will test us a lot to see have we given up desire and craving. It was really strong with me around day 70 when my mind created this imaginary almost naked friend that followed me around saying nice things to me pretending to be a spiritual friend but was actually just testing my craving. I had to stop the fantasy on advice from people from NoFap as it was going to lead to relapse.
