made it to day 90

    made it 90. i few urges here and there but not as bad as the first to weeks. can't be bothered to write all the benifits as this video sums it up...

    overall happy by meditating, had great holiday, starting going back to gym, cold showers and soon i will go back to college so maybe find myself a girlfriend.

    I once did a streak of four months it was amazing, was able to talk to girls get more done but my downfall was sometimes at of an urge i would watch porn, so i didnt consider myself fully healed, but my current streak is way more cleaner and i have meditation to thank to. Don't give up buddy even if you fall and it hurts for a while you will somehow find to get back up clean yourself and continue on with life

    Thnx man. Your words are very encouraging. Im on day 7. Before 7 days, even 3 days of streak was hard for me. But now 7 days was piece of cake with few powerful small tricks applied. Still strong and going.
