    I have been battling this enemy for 20 years and I simply can't defeat it. I have relapse so many times and I don't know what to do, I feel like ending my life, because it has really affected me. In relationships and friendships. Please help me.

    Welcome to nofap community.

    I know its hard but i am sure you improve much here

    Write down the mistakes that you make when you relapse and eliminate them one by one.
