Hello Fapstronauts! I am a 22 year old from the UK and am determined to do better than my last efforts to put the cap on the fap and move on with my life. It has become increasingly obvious throughout these last couple of years that porn addiction and masturbation have seriously been hindering me in every major section of my life. My personal relationships, my work, my dreams, my potential and my general well-being have all been flushed down a black hole of pornographic filth. But I am now here to wade through the sludge into a better place. I have previously used multiple ways of 'coping' with my addiction, mainly through drinking and forgetting. I have done pmo since I was approximately 13 and have attempted to give up for the past few months with no sort of success lasting longer than 3 weeks (and during that time I was 'edging'). I write this post having already managed to go one week without touching my shlong and I feel great! I love the way that this community works and I am determined not to fail this time. Lets stay strong together and release ourselves from this horrible bondage that strangles our true selves.

Cheers guys! It doesn't seem like there is a particularly easy way to go about it. I am at work from 9-5 so if I can wake up and move into the shower without pmo, I have no choice but to resist urges until I get home again at six. I feel great though! It is so great to have friends here that understand and experience things in the same way. I can't stress that enough.
