Hello! I am excited to be a part of a community that encourages one another to quit porn once and for all. I am 27 years old, and have had issues with PMO since I was about 16. My habits increased significantly once I got into college, and since that time I have had failures and successes. I am looking to reach 90 days by the end of the year, because I start graduate school early next year. I'd like to have significant headway by the time school rolls around for me again. I look forward to interacting with you all on here, and encouraging you just as much as you'll be encouraging me!

Thank you! My current strategies consist mainly of making sure that I'm not alone, and if I am alone when temptation strikes, I go and do something. Recently I've taken up golf, so whenever I am alone at home and I have an urge, I go golf instead. I've also been committed to getting 8-9 hours of sleep, and I have recently started meditation via the Headspace app. I have also started working out again, and am trying to stay consistent with that.
