Matrix 1 and 3 are good. Watch out for 2, though. Commonsensemedia.org is a good place to lookup movies and see what kind of content they have. They rate the sexuality on a 1-5 scale and will give a short summary of how bad it is.
I guess the answer would depend on your triggers. If you like older films, give Bad Day at Black Rock a look.
I second the Commonsensemedia.com suggestion. I don't know what kind of movies you like but Godzilla (2014) is pretty good.
