Day 48 - how I became a master

Somethings changed about me.
This is the longest ive gone.

Before I use to stuggle for whatever reason and only made it between 1 day to 2 weeks. for a whole 5 years this happened. (Age 15 to 20)

NOW
since September 16, 2017.
I've made it to 48 days.

And I did it effortlessly.
No, the beginning is not easy buts it's 100% worth it and necessary if you want fill control of yourself.

I got through the hardest part that most won't get passed and now I'm able to control it like most will never be able to.


That's what achievement is about.
Sticking with it till you succeed. Consistently going at it.
Getting thru the daily battle.
NEVERY GIVING UP.
