Porn addiction is killing my life..

    I was addicted porn since a teenager and i cannot get out of it.I'm 27 now.I got addicted to serious pornography during college days and sometimes masturbated 2-3 times a day.I can't control a week without porn.It all became severe, sucking the health out of me.Masturbation really reduces memory power and i have almost gone bald due to it.
    I am hopefully entering this forum to quit porn from the rest of my life and i know you guys will help me.

    Welcome! I'd recommend downloading the "Getting Started" guide. There's great information in there. Read it a few times. It took me a few times reading it to get that I was reading about myself.

    Welcome Mohan,
    If you live in a place that has Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings, I think that would really help you. Being face to face with other people, many of whom are there for the exact same problem, and you can talk about it openly with no shame, really helps. If they don't have Face To Face meetings where you live, you can try an online meeting: saaonline.org
