    Hey guys!

    I am a 27 year old guy. I started watching Porn since 16. It started lightly. But as time moved on, i got addicted to Porn and masturbation. I have been masturbating a lot lately. I am experiencing pain in my lower stomach. I tried several times to stop watching porn and masturbating but in vain. I hope in all means that NoFap helps me out of this addiction.
