Hi everyone I'm a 29 year old, who's committing to going 100 days without PM (currently at day 6). I've had a porn addiction for probably the past 10 years or so. Using porn has been one of my main stress relief tactics, using porn nearly every night to help me relax and fall asleep at night. I've decided to finally take on the challenge to give up porn and masturbation for a few reasons: PIED. I find it difficult to get an erection without porn, which is obviously problematic Relationships. I haven't had a relationship for several years, and I think a large part of this is due to porn addiction Productivity. I'm at the point where it can take an hour or two of browsing porn in order to orgasm, which is time I don't want to be spending on this. I have a job where I work long hours, and this time just ends up cutting into my sleep time which guts my ability to work the next day Brain changes. I've read about all the changes that porn addiction makes to your brain, so it's time for a change. I've tried sporadically giving up porn, but I've usually only lasted a week or two before giving up. I'm hoping that by making a more formal commitment will help me stay accountable.
