Trying to do myself some good

Hello everybody,
I am a 21 yr old child.
I have done some really embarrassing things ever since I started watching porn. Looking back at them makes me cringe, sometimes laugh, but mostly cringe. Things that make me say to myself "what is wrong with me?" I've had relationships in high school that honestly looking back now were just pathetic attempts to experience sex which never resulted in either close friendship or intimacy. I've watched porn with other people in the room, who may or may not have known (super-cringe). I have lust-drunk texted girls. Too afraid to be straightforward and too dirty to be normal, resulting in these weird conflicting message texts that shouldn't exist. Personally the most disturbing thing is the genres of porn that I have escalated to, to get the same buzz. I am straight up addicted which I have learned is evident when I try to tentatively stop. Lots of times now I don't even want to masturbate mentally but somehow it still ends up happening. I am putting my foot down even if it has to be right on my own crotch.

Short-term Goals:
-One month of no porn or masturbation (baby steps)
-Spend that time working out/ not having idle hands (less reddit/ youtube/ Netflix binges)
-Introduce myself and have (uncomfortable) social interactions at work at least once-a-week more than i normally would

Long-term Goal:
-To have healthy intimacy/ relationships with women
-To have better self-image
-To have better social confidence
-To be a 22 year old man.
