I've been too embarrassed and ashamed of people's judgement to seek help face to face, so I came here It is nice to know other people are going through the same thing. Hey man, glad you are here. I am new too, i understand how hard it is and not wanting to do the face to face thing. I just did with my therapist and it was pretty difficult. Not something i think anyone wants to talk about initially but hey we are all here for the same thing and its awesome you are taking steps in the right direction. Best of luck man
