    This is the first day of my first attempt of NoFap. Here's why I decided to do this.
    Last night, I had just finished a porno, when I realized something: I didn't feel anything. What I mean is that I didn't feel accomplished; I wasn't proud of myself; there was nothing to look forward to. I felt disgusting.
    So I resolved to no longer masturbate or watch porn.
    As of this morning, 09/02/14, coincidentally my first day of sophomore year in college, I am clean.
    This is day one.
    Wish me luck.

    Good luck to you, this site will really help the further in you get. Stay focused and keep in mind that there are so many benefits to changing over yor lifestyle this way.
