    It's awesome that you want to make some changes in your life! What got you wanting to try NoFap? I only ask because I believe it's important to know your reasoning for joining very well, because that is what will motivate you when times get hard and you become tempted to relapse.

    Got to the point where I was disgusted of myself & its time to finally change. Been telling myself to stop so now im starting too. So far its hard not to do anything but haven't yet! What about you??
