    I officially made it through ONE day now. Compared to my last failures, this is a success for me.

    And every little success makes me feel great about myself.

    Way to go! Be mindful of all positive feelings and experiences. Really live in the moment when you feel that positivity. Train your brain to look for, notice and accept the positive!
