Hi fapstronauts!! I have a porn addiction and I'd like to join the NoFap challenge. I know I'm arriving late but it's never too late to quit an addiction. I'm also participating in the NoFap subreddit. I'm 21 years old and I'm studying Computer Science at University. I started watching porn and masturbating since I was 13 more or less. In the beginning it was a funny thing to do but it kept scalating up to the point that in need to do it on a daily basis. It has caused some problems to me like: anxiety if I'm not watching porn, difficulties with social interactions, lack of concentration and others. I've enlisted in this challenge to quit this addiction for good and to create a new 'Me'. A new 'Me' who has more energy to dedicate on what he really likes. A new 'Me' who finds talking to other people easy. A new 'Me' capable of concentrating in important things. I have a girlfriend since some months but we haven't tried sex yet and I'm affraid that I will have some difficulties. I'd like to quit my porn addiction for her, I don't her to be uncomfortable.

first hint: dont think of being on a challenge. a challenge will end - like dieting. PLUS thinking "i am on a challenge right now" relates your thoughts to it. just stop PMO at all and you are good to go.
