Hi all. My name is Paul and I'm 47 years old been married 3 times and currently in a 9 year relationship. All of which have been ruined or traumatized by my use of porn. My fiance has caught me 4 times using porn and this last time I wasn't even receiving any pleasure from viewing. I admitted that I was addicted and have been 23 days porn free. However, I've found that after 37 years of being addicted to some form or another of porn my brain has developed PIED. As we were working on us it became more noticeable but for a long time I have not been able to get or maintain a strong positive erection. So in looking for all the info we could on this issue we found that most experts feel that a rewiring/reboot with celibacy is the answer for PIED. Finding NOFAP just re-enforces what we are trying to do along with what I see are very helpful tools. Through what I have researched already I can see that I don't know the first thing about a healthy sexual relationship or any type of male female relationship for that matter. My fiance is totally on board and taking this journey with me for her own growth also. Thanks to all that have been here before me for your knowledge and inspiration. Let's see how this ride goes.

I say the same. we are strong enough and young enough to do "that". Your greatest power, which I never heard anybody say, is, your partner taking part in this. that's so humble. And I want to share my trick: when you feel like to fap, go peeeeee. (keep sipping water, like every 20mins. so you can pee enough and put 'it' sleep
