Hi got a couple questions I'm on day 15 of no PMO 1) Is it normal to feel tingling in my brain i feel like someone is doing construction in my head feels weird 2) Headaches? 3) The First time i did nofap a year ago i was like a living magnet for chicks but now i don't get any eyes or anything i don't get it man :S am i doing it wrong
1. No idea if it's normal to feel a tingling sensation in your brain but perhaps new synapse are forming there which can be a good thing. 2. Headaches maybe from not hydrating or eating properly? 3. Your time will come in due time!
