Hi all, I've been meaning to join this site for a while but never got around to it. I just want to quit porn, I have no intention of quitting sex. Porn is a habit I have had since my teens, I'm now in my mid-forties and I am sick of it, but I need some help to quit. I'm very glad this site exists. Cheers Jon
Good luck. Check out www.yourbrainonporn.com and watch some of the videos there. The more you understand about what your brain is dealing with the easier it is to stay on track.
Managed 11 days, but have just blown it. Oh well, back on the wagon again. Really didn't seem to enjoy the porn I have just seen in the same way I used to though. It took me many attempts to quit cigarettes but have been clean for years now, maybe quitting porn will be a similar process.
