I'm very pleased to meet you Kulukulun, and i wantedto welcome you to the NoFap Family, i too like yoursel am sort of new to the NoFap community, and i am very very thankful i did join to take the NoFap challenge, the help and support i have received from my fellow Fapstronauts have been of great extraordinary, and thats the same things i would like for you buddy, because like you i've spent countles hours wtaching porn and masturbating to porn, that i have lost my values as a man,i feel that porn has taken a big part of my life, and if it wasn't for some encouraging from some of the great people from NoFap i would still be hooked on porn 24/7, so to make tge story short if your are ever in need of some sort of support/ advice ill be glad to help man, and so we can both help each other.

I also new to nofap. Earlier I was frustrated by my addiction to porn and masturbation. Also, it degraded my physical and mental strength. But, since I joined this site, there is new hope that I can leave it all behind and start a new life. We are all in this together.
